Raise your hand if you LOVE pancakes! We can't get enough of them - thankfully there are million options to make sure you don't get tired of eating this yummy meal. Today we are sharing one of our favorite pancake recipes. Get your budding chef ready to prepare a mouthwatering breakfast with you!
1 1/2 c buckwheat flour
1/2 c all purpose flour
2 tbsp hemp seeds
3 tsp baking powder
1/4 c blue agave syrup
6 tbsp butter (melted)
1 1/2 -2 c milk
1/4 c hazelnut chocolate spread (optional)
1/4 c unsweetened coconut flakes (optional)
In a large bowl add together flour, hemp seeds, baking powder. Separately whisk eggs, milk, agave, butter. Combine with dry ingredients and continue to mix until the batter is smooth. Spoon the batter on the greased skillet and cook until small bubbles start forming and flip with a spatula. We like our pancakes nice and warm (hazelnut spread goes beautifully as well). Bon Appetit!
